most of the daytime staff were very good night time staff not so,

What could be improved

communication between staff and different departments, more after care is definatley needed

my relative was in the high dependancy unit for a couple of months and is still their, i dont feel having spent 6.5 weeks out of 7 with her that the aftercare is any good, their are results not being recorded tests having to be redone, i feel the hospital needs a good shake up, some of the staff are grumpy, and to be honest two in particular are useless, their doesnt seem to be an urgency on anything, doctors say they will sort requests out and they never happen im pretty disapointed with the hospital to be fair, and cant wait until my relative is back home. the surgeons on a positive note i think are quite good although their is room for slight improvement
