"the wait was exceedingly long ..."

What I liked

the wait was exceedingly long but when i eventually saw the doctor, they were very efficient. the nurse was kind and considerate. however, the receptionist was nasty.

What could be improved

theperson at the reception desk was rude and aggressive. i had a problem with my ears and had injured my eardrum and they shouted at me. They kept me standing unnecessarily. my balance was affected and i felt i would fall down. They seemed to be taking a personal call as i heard them say, 'see you tonight'.

Anything else?

the receptionist kept me waiting whils they answered a personal call and when i tried to tell them my balance was affected and i needed to sit down, they screamed very aggressively at me and scared me. i felt shaky and ill and didn't dare say any more.They had the tv on very loudly and kept looking at the screen as she was watching 'jeremy kyle' and seemed disinterested in the job.
