"Where actually IS the help, anyway?"

This service is incredibly poor. Believe me, I've had bad experience with mental health services (2 year waiting list for a single appointment, anyone?) yet this place just fails to meet every criteria of the standard of 'care'. Not once have I felt have I been listened to or the main issues been addressed. To be told over and over again about other issues which do not need addressing at that said time instead of dealing with primary ones is a joke. Horribly underfunded, under cared for services which need revising for the county of Somerset as a whole.
