What I liked

The Radiographer performing my MRI scan was very polite, friendly and made me feel comfortable, as did the lady (nurse?) also present. They notified me of developments through the intercom.

What could be improved

There was nobody on reception for around 10 minutes when I arrived (early as told) in the MRI waiting room, and was made to feel it was my fault for not signing in when the lady eventually arrived.

I was also not told that I was actually going for the scan when I was asked to follow the lady, and would have been grateful for the opportunity to maybe have a relative with me, I appreciate that it would have meant an extra safety form to be filled out, but the lady only told my family this during my scan.
