I was really apprehensive about going to Doncaster for a surgical abortion but the care the staff showed me from the minute I got there really put me at ease. I had a surgical abortion and was nervous about having a cannula inserted for the anaesthetic but one staff member held my other hand as it was being done. I can't thank all the staff I met today enough, it made a difficult situation bearable and I'm extremely grateful for that. I wish I'd been able to thank them better in person!
