What I liked

the dental treatment was very good and student and nurses are very profesinal and extremly polite

What could be improved

I have been attending BDH for 2 years now and the reception /admin was and still is appaling.for exampel today I have rang continually to cancel an appointment and the phone has been engaged/off the hook apart from lunch time when it rang out but was not ansewred.This will result in a snotty letter from the very people that I was trying to call telling me I will lose my place at BDH because I did not call them to cancel a appointment, that, by the way, I have had no say in the booking of. You are sent a time and date and have to like it or lump it, or try to call them or lose your place! The decoation is very poor and looks gruby and dated.the cealings leak, I was waiting the xray department reception and water started to drip on my head.It makes me wonder what the liquid was as xray has 2 or 3 floors above it and it was not raining! allso please see the "water stains?" in various places around the site.
