"Friendly and reassuring"

I had been struggling to get an appointment with my GP regarding a coil check. I needed to have my 5 week check after having it fitted but also had some concerns. I was seen at Beckenham beacon contraception clinic by a lovely nurse called Ruth who was so friendly and reassuring! It turns out I was absolutely fine but she made sure I left feeling totally confident with my body and the choices that I had regarding contraception. She was very professional but also made me feel totally at ease like I had known her for years, So I didn't feel embarrassed or self conscious in any way. I'm so pleased I went to the walk in clinic rather than waiting any longer for a GP appointment as I was just making myself paranoid!
