"Weeks stay on HACU in Jan 2017"

Amazing team of staff who supported us and our young son all the way. Every single person we came into contact with went that extra mile. From doctors, nurses., kitchen staff and the numerous porters who took him for scans etc... Staff were flexible in meeting the needs of such a young patient, kept us all upbeat and positive and listened to what we had to ask. Despite being incredibly busy they treated him and us as individuals at all time and managed to get it right, with a balance of humour and caring concern. Ultimately we were transferred to 2 other fantastic paediatric wards at Kings, again thanks to the team recognising an adult environment wasn't right long term for our son. This is the NHS at its absolute best. Thank you everyone at Kings.
