some of the nurses were lovely
What could be improved
Staff at the desk could improve on their customer service. Having had surgery i had to go to get my dressings changed.
The number of times i stood at the desk while the staff just ingroned me.
Anything else?
Having met a couple of lovely nurses i was told by one i was wasting their time.
