"Inpatient unit"

A family member was admitted here but this is our experiences. Uncaring staff. We are in shock at how uncaring some staff are. Disgusting treatment for mental health problems! This is not mental health, it is addiction rehab, homeless shelter and for drug addicts. The hospital just covers up it's issues rather than addressing anything. Staff sit in a locked offices doing nothing. We heard a patient crying and clearly needing assistance but shockingly staff did nothing?! Obviously we acknowledge that not all staff are the same, a minority are extremely caring and a credit to their profession but this is rare.
