What I liked

My GP sent me to the Hallamshire for X-rays on my hips which showed that I needed a LHS Hip replacement.I was recommended to have this done at Barlborough by friends who had been there for both hip and knee replacements.I am so pleased that I took their advice.

Everything from day one of my contact with the Barlborough Treatment Centre was dealt wih very efficiently.The pre-op was thorough, and the operation was done at the time that suited me,

The centre is modern and very clean, all the staff are friendly,caring and professional.Now after 3 months,I cannot believe the difference the operation has made to me

I can assure you that I will strongly recommend anyone I know who needs treatment to go to Barlborough.( I already have to two friends who are now waiting for their operations)

Thankyou for everything and keep up the good work !!!!!!!

What could be improved

In my experience I could not find fault with anything at the Centre,all levels of staff or the service provided.

It's great to hear when patients have recommended us to friends and family; we find many of our patients come to us this way. It sounds like you are doing really well now that you've had your operation and we're pleased to hear that you were happy with the standard of care and facilities at the Centre.
