My mother Myra Blass was taken to A&E in a very bad way on April 14th 2017. She was seen instantly by the Doctor, who after running some tests, sent her to the ERU. Where once again Doctors ran some more tests, all the time keeping the family informed. They told us she didn't have long to live. Towards the end they moved her to a side room and allowed the family to sit with her until she passed away. I cant thank the hospital team enough for their caring, kindness and wonderful support.
It didn't stop their when I need to collect the Burial certificate from the hospital I spoke to a wonderful member of staff in the Bereavement office who had even arranged an appointment for me with a Registrar for me to get the Death Certificate.
My family and I are Truly Grateful for the wonderful support we received from everybody at the Queens Hospital.
Thank You all very much for your help.
