What I liked

All the staff treat you with the utmost friendly care, I cannot praise them enough,they make you feel at ease & comfortable throughout your whole procedure.I was extremely apprehensive before my operation but was totally reassured by every person I came into contact with.

What could be improved

The waiting time for initial appointment could have been explained a little more honestly maybe.I had to keep ringing up to check if I had missed a call as I was told it would be within ten days but was in fact nearly six weeks!

Anything else?

Overall I was extremely impressed with the excellent treatment I received & the waiting time from first seeing my gp to having my operation was less than ten weeks.I would have no hesitation in recommending this treatment centre to any of my family & friends as my experience there was nothing but an almost pleasure!I am grateful to my gp for referring me to this excellent centre.The staff are truly wonderful from the receptionist through to the surgeon.Nothing was too much trouble for any of them,no question too trvial to be answered.Total patient satisfaction on my part.
