"Happy with the care given and how fast they acted"

First of all I would like to say that I'm afraid of hospitals, my induction process birth and care after was absolutely traumatic and I don't wish it to anyone ever!

So safe to say that I was in panic when I had to go to hospital with my 4 month old baby who got my cold and had his vaccine as well so the fever appeared weird cough and I was useless. The moment I decided to go to the hospital was when he took half of bottle only and his breathing was fast and noisy. Because of our previous experiences I knew we would only stay for half an hour no need to bring his milk nappies or anything. When we entered the hospital and said what is happening they didn't believe us regarding his cough as it's not common for babies under 6 months. Then all night shift(arrived at 6am) checked and over checked him gave him steroids paracetamol ibuprofen even milk as it was feeding time(day shift). The doctors were brilliant with him,  as I don't know their names thank them for us to night shift and day shift to all doctors and consultants who went extra mile for him and reassured me all day long. I give my hat off to every single one of them! his diagnose is viral infection and croup so we are very happy with the care given and how fast they acted with him!
