"Excellent care for the patient"

About: Colchester General Hospital / Urology

I had to be reeferd the the elective care center to have a camera procedure and was very nervous and frightened of what was about to be .the wait was about twenty minutes so not to bad before I was called in to another waiting room and got changed for the procedure i was eventually called in and I was seated in front of this lovely smiling urology doctor who explained everything to me and reassured me it would be reasonable painless .so we carried on with the procedure and I was very tense but with the doctors reassurance and talking me through it all it was not a bad experience at all.

I would like to thank the team very much for there empathy and kindness.
