I posted a review after an earlier encounter with BMI and I have to say it was not complimentary about the facilities or staff, needless to say my review to day is the complete opposite of the rating I gave after my earlier encounter.
i arrived for my appointment to receive my 4th session of chemotherapy, as has been known to happen, i had an adverse reaction to the medicine. The nursing staff went from a fairly relaxed atmosphere to full on professional health mode, every procedure and necessary step was taken to ease my discomfort and i was admitted to hospital for over two weeks.
I wish to 100% retract from my earlier statement that I would never deal with this clinic again. I can not praise there professionalism, dedication and practices to their services. In future I would recommend this hospital to anyone.
