My mother recently stayed on ward 11, James Cook Hospital. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr Ingram, nursing staff, ward clerk and hostesses, all part of a caring profession.
The care was excellent in every respect. The nursing staff were professional, efficient and courteous and helpful. They were always on hand if I required assistance.
Dr Ingram was professional, kind, courteous and informative, with a considerate bedside manner, always talking and explaining to mother, and the family.
The professionalism, support and sheer kindness of all the staff was outstanding and something that, as a family, we will always be grateful for.
