"Thank you very much"

So impressed with the level of care and consideration show towards my 10 year old and I today.

We had contact with 5 members of your staff. The receptionist was courteous and considerate, the triage nurse was quick and gave him pain killers, the nurse was thorough and sent him to X-ray. The radiographer was helpful and explained things to him. Back to the nurse, back to the radiographer, back to the nurse and then to another nurse who plastered him up!!!!!

All lovely, especially and he was upset, scared and nervous.
