"What brilliant Service"

Having arrived an hour and half early to miss reported traffic build up I was expecting to have to wait for my appointment time, well what a surprise I was called in after only a five minute wait. The Doctor explained the treatment which involved ten injections in my back and neck I was surprised that they were not as painful as I expected, the doctor kept up a commentary all the way through the procedure explaining what they were doing. I must also comment on the friendly greeting from the the reception staff when I arrived.

It was nice to see a very clean building both in the reception area and also the consulting room, it's a credit to the staff thank you all.
