Most of the staff were very polite and helpful.

What could be improved

I had a ct scan in november and am still awaiting the results. "Normal" response times according to the leaflet are up to 2 weeks. Having not heard anything yet I have called the consultant's office to be told that he still hasn't looked at my scan results and he won't be in for another 5 days when he can hopefully look at it. As i have been told that i will be recieving something by post this means that i shall probably not be getting anything for another week and a half to two weeks (Christmas week) which will then have been a month after the scan. As they have no idea what seems to be the matter and I am still unwell this seems like a long time to wait.
