I attended A&E with a knee injury I sustained whilst playing football. I was taken within 5 minutes and seen by Laura one of the physios. She made me feel at ease about the injury and treated me with the upmost care and respect. I was told the process of what happens with the type of injury and the recovery and further actions required. I later attended a week later for a appointment and was seen by Alan another physio of the A&E department. Alan again the same as Laura was a credit to your hospital in the way he dealt with me. He organised a MRI scan to be actioned as he felt there might be damage to my ACL. Both Alan and Laura have gave me continued support throughout my recovery and continue to do so. Due to my occupation I have required to obtain information to pass to my employer which Alan has helped me with. The experience and customer service I received from both parties was exceptional.
