"What a wonderful local NHS..."

... everybody is so caring, from the surgeons down to the cleaners and tea staff. Had many pleasant stays and out patient appointments. Can't fault any visit we've ever had. Especially my 2 experiences as an impatient on Ella Rowcroft and Ainslie where the staff and treatment were outstanding but also not forgetting our outpatient visits where we are treated with friendly faces, lots of laughs and prompt timings. Excellent all round.
