"Administrative staff A n E night shift"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital / Accident and emergency

Recently visited A n E twice, once for my husband and today for myself. The treatment, doctors nurses everything is absolutely fine.

However, both the receptionist on duty at night, are very rude and not tolerant and cooperative at all. If they have a slight bit of courtesy to talk nicely to the patients it will make the patients feel better.

Both the receptionist were very rude to almost all the patients and at all times during both my visit.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your recent experiences. It is not acceptable that the receptionists were rude to visitors to the hospital and I would like to discuss your concerns. Please either ask to be put through to me via our hospital switchboard - 020 8560 2121 - or you can contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service, in confidence, via pals.service@wmuh.nhs.uk / 020 8321 6261.

Lorraine Herbert, Assistant Service Manager Emergency & Admitted.
