"Urgent referral"

I attended the Elm Breast clinic today following a referral from my GP. I was extremely anxious as I'm sure most people are when there is a possibility of a cancer diagnosis, from the initial consultation to the end review with the consultant, the staff involved in my care were wonderful and very professional, everything was explained clearly and there was a lovely calming atmosphere in the whole clinic. Fortunately for me there were no abnormalities and I was given the all clear (thanks be to God), people are very keen to complain about the NHS but if this clinic is anything to go by then we have a health service in this country which we should be proud of!
