What I liked

When I saw a medical staff member, they were lovely.

What could be improved

Reception staff were not helpful. I'd broken my elbow and was in shock and was worried about picking up my young son from school. It was incredibly hard to fill out a form, they pretty much ignored me, and were outright shirty when I inquired politely how long it might be until I saw someone. Could have been kinder, and more considerate. It's not a crime for someone in pain who is anxious and frightened to ask for information. I'd suggest more training, unless that has already happened in the intervening year and a half.
