What could be improved
May I suggest that the website could be more helpful. I needed a blood test and came to this website to find out how to make an appointment. No mention of blood tests (or, for example X-rays) anywhere that I could find on the website. Rang the main hospital number and was given a separate number to call. This number was answered with a recorded message to the effect that they were closed for making appointments (at 0930 on a weekday) and no messages could be left. Surely the website should be able to tell me how and when I can make an appointment for a blood test.
Anything else?
Having eventually got through (to a real person),they were very helpful, and the staff taking the blood test (and at the subsequent unexpected X-ray) could not have been more efficient.
