Dear Ruadh

Thank you so much for sharing your experience on Patient Opinion. I was really sorry to hear that you had a seizure in your shower. It must have been an extremely frightening experience for you and your wife.

I was so pleased to read about the care you received and that you felt listened to and recognised as a person. What you are describing is person-centred care, and as your story highlights, it is such an important part of the care that we provide.

I do hope that you are recovering well.

Thanks again for taking the time to share your story.

Take care

Martin.
