"The new nurse"

On Monday I was put through to A&E by 111. I knew I just needed to go medoc but I decided to go. When I got there they transferred me to medoc straight away. I then waited 20 minutes to see a nurse which is the quickest I have ever waited. I then spoke to the nurse who was new, and was so understanding and caring! The nurse didn't ignore me when I explained my problem which is what usually happens when I go to medoc! I just want to say that the nurse was outstanding and needs to be praised!
