I came yesterday on the 10th of April at 2.30pm. I brought my 11 months old daughter for appointment because I got brown spots all over her body. My appointment was on Level 3 skin clinic with a professor. Well I was very surprised how rude the professor was to my 6 year old daughter who came along with me telling her they don't care if her sister is crying, they just want to see her skin. Well I don't care if this is one of the best professors there, they have no right upsetting no one's children. My daughter was quite upset after this appointment. The professor is not child friendly and thinks they can just talk to patients any way they feel. I heard lots of bad reviews about Ealing Hospital and now I experience rudeness towards children myself yesterday. This best professor couldn't even tell me what was wrong with my child skin. I have another appointment with 4 others doctors. I rather go private where my children get treated the way they supposed to be treated with friendliness, kindness and respect. Even though my husband pays for HNS you still get treated like it's free treatment and doing you a favour. Never again! No thank you, you are not going to treat my kids like that.
