"Too busy"

Website advertised clinic open for walk ins Mon-Friday mornings but attended on a Tuesday morning and was closed. Nothing on website to inform of this, just a sign on the front door. Had made the journey and paid for parking for nothing.

Attended the following day just after opening time. Filled in a triage form, stood and waited 45mins to be told I could not be seen with no other alternative but to attend the walk in the following day. Phoned for an appointment but they weren't able to give me one for at least 3 weeks. Had wasted another journey and parking charges.

Very busy clinic with mixed sex waiting room. Not enough seating. Reception not very confidential (easy to hear what is being said).

Staff seem to be working extremely hard and doing their best with the facilities and workforce they have but unfortunately the triage process is not efficient and waiting room not fit for purpose.
