"Removal of large skin tag in minor surgery"

I was made to feel at ease from the onset and through out the procedure which was carried out calmly and efficiently with continuose checks on my wellbeing and effects of the local anaesthetic with after care advice given verbally and written excellent and this from a 67year old self confessed whimp!!!
