"The nurse at the Minor Injuries ..."

What I liked

The nurse at the Minor Injuries Unit was just too good. When I walked in I was expecting a general question answer session and expecting to be whisked off with some medication. But what I got was not only a cheerful smile but a lovely warm conversation along with advice putting my fears of the worst to rest. The nurse infact walked me to the door and wished me goodbye - now I have never come across a nurse who did that. She came across a nurse who treats not only the body but also the soul.

What could be improved

The wait time was long and I could not understand why as the place looked pretty empty with just one patient in the corridor, empty cubicles and some nurses in the back office. I am sure the nurses must be busy at some back office work but it needs to be communicated to the patient as to why they are waiting especially when they don't see much activity going on around. If not that at least some magazines would help pass time while waiting. The TV was appreciated :)

Anything else?

The nurse made my day and came across as a person who practices the noble profession - we need more like her anyday.
