What I liked
I required emergency dental intervention on a Saturday and was promptly seen after using the NHS appointment service. The dentist was excellent and follow up appointments (including the offer to come in after another person cancelled) were all exceptionally good. I have experienced good and poor practice at dentists in the past and this one is definately a 'good' and indeed better than most I have attended.
What could be improved
From the small area of the hospital I saw there are no areas I would pick out for improvement. Ancillary services such as the reception, car park and general 'air' of the Hospital were all at least good.
Anything else?
Colleagues at my workplace who have attended the hospital for various reasons are all in agreement with my comments. My thanks to all concerned at the Hospital.
