What I liked
The staff were excellent and the care wonderful.
What could be improved
The reception desk in the Avon orthopaedic centre is the first contact with the hospital. The welcome was good and the staff helpful. BUT THE DESK ITSELF IS VERY DIRTY! There is a layer of black grime and old bits of sellotape and messy notices. A breeding ground for bacteria I would have thought!
Anything else?
Beyond the desk the AOC looked spotlessly clean!
