What I liked

I was dealt with quickly and efficently by the reception staff. I had a query re the disabled parking which was dealt with.

What could be improved

The waiting area is quite small, however when I visited there were enough seats for everyone.

Anything else?

I have to praise the nurses here, they are very friendly and professional and treat you like an individual.
