What I liked

I liked the fact that there was no hanging around and it was amazingly clean. All staff including the Receptionist were very thorough and courteous. Everything was explained from start to finish, which made me feel less anxious about my procedure. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so well in an NHS establishment. We need more centres like this. Should I need anything else done in the future, I will be back. Thank you.
