What I liked

My treatment started in 2008 and the period covers right up to date. During my stay and outpatients visits my treatment was the very best that could have been given. Everyone reception staff, nurses, doctors and consultants were professional, caring, kind and considerate at all times.

What could be improved

The meals and service during my stay.

The ward had a very quick turnover and no-one seemed to get the meals they ordered.

The food was not of a very high standard.

Anything else?

Patients can enter this hospital with confidence that staff will do their very best.

I saw no evidence of any lack of cleanleness at any time, in fact quite the opposite, everything was spotless and individuals were encouraged to take every precautions. Sanitisers are positioned everywhere.
