"2 Hours 5 mins in phone queue"

About: Lauriston Building

(as the patient),

I called for an appointment in the morning, was told I was number 6 in queue. I wasted over 2 hours on the phone before hanging up. I think this is absolutely disgraceful and I will be making a complaint to NHS Scotland. Was there even anyone there?
