"All staff were very polite"

From Pre Assessment to Having the Hip Replacement Operation, From the Minute I entered this place, All staff, were very polite, From Nursing Staff, To Doctors, Surgeons, Porters, was introduced to all Staff Doctors Surgeons Etc, And even Offered Tea or coffee in Departure Lounge, The ward was very Clean Ward 21, but so was the entry to Hospital Also. All staff worked together and my self very comfortable. Ward 21 was fantastic and the Company I met while I was present there, Was good Fun, Cheered me up, Staff were constantly cleaning all rooms machinery etc.
