What I liked

I cannot express highly enough my gratitude to the staff and doctors at the Spire Cheshire Hospital. I have never been in need of hospital treatment before in all my 68 years. Naturally I was nervous and aprehensive about the procedures I was to have. I was admitted to the hospital and shown to the ward, where I was installed in my room, all very efficiently and couteously. My colonoscopy and gastroscopy were carried out during the morning and I was back in my room to recover from the sedation within a half hour. Everyone from the doctors to the nursing staff, and catering staff were so helpful and friendly. It made my stay stress free and as comfortable as it could possibly be.

What could be improved

I find it hard to find anything which could have been improved upon. I would cetainly select to be treated at this hospital again should it be necccessary, and should I be given the choice.
