I stayed on ward B3 at the Queens Medical Centre. I had acute Gastroenteritis. The best things about the treatment that I received was the understanding, kindness and efficiency. Everyone was kind.
I did feel that the waiting time in Accident & Emergency could have been less and the car parking situation was poor.
I would like to thank all of the staff, they were very efficient and kind.
