The main switchboard for taking incoming calls is appaling. Also the parking spaces need to be extended for visitors and out patients.

Anything else?

Why is there not a full A&E service ? The nearest is Southampton GH which is 45 mins drive away from Lymington.

Thank you for your comments. I have passed your comments regarding the switchboard on to the relevant service manager for her to investigate. We opened a new staff car park very recently which has freed up a lot more spaces for visitors and patients and I apologise if you have experienced difficulties in parking following this. Our Minor Injuries Unit is run by Nurse Practitioners. There is no doctor in attendance at the unit which is why we are not able to offer the full services that the A&E department at Southampton General can.
