"complaint of reception,very unhelpful.no room..."

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (Morecambe)

i had reason to return a zimmer frame to the hospital after finishing with its use,as requested,

when i took it to reception i was told to take it down to outpatients,i asked if any one could take it for me,for by nature of the return of the item i have problems walking, indeed i have a blue badge.

the receptionist seem to have plenty of time to talk,to each other, bur not enough to make a simple request. for assistance,

will this be ignored,or is it another reason for lack of sympathy for the nhs.which on the whole is excellent.
