What I liked
I suffered a fall recently and thought I had just sprained my foot/ankle and remembered the new hospital had opened with a Minor Injuries Unit. I only waited 5 minutes to be seen by a Nurse then a Senior Nurse. An x-ray was required and having apologised that there would be a "bit of a wait", infact it was only 30 mins so I visited their canteen which was very clean and friendly. It took no time to get the result and care plan. I was "in and out" in the hour. Couldn't have asked for a better service.
What could be improved
Receptionist on second visit was having a bad day but because of my first visit I ignored her sterile greetng.
