About: Back on Track (Hammersmith and Fulham IAPT)

(as the patient),

Before coming to the NHS, I was unable to deal with my worries which prevented me from taking decisions and interfered with my daily activities. With CBT at the NHS, I learned to deal with those worries and most importantly recognise the early signs of hypothetical worrying. Thank you for all your help.

Dear oxygen388

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. The Back on Track team will be delighted to hear that the work you did has helped you manage your worry more effectively as well as identify those early warning signs of worrying.

Hearing about experiences like yours boosts the team and hopefully boosts others reading this post who experience similar difficulties to come and access support.

We wish you all the best,

Natalie
