"Appalling service"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

Been calling all day called 6 times and 6 times hanging on for appointments and cut off after holding for 10 minutes each time. Trying to get information after an A&E Referral for Cardiologist 8 weeks ago!!!

Wish I had gone to Basildon. Terrible service
