What I liked
Being a long term patient of hammersmith hospital at du cane road i was recieving what i could i say was a 5 star service in all areas.
after being diagnosed with an eye condition i became a patient of the western eye hospital. Expecting the same service as at hammersmith i was convinced that this was the best trust in england. to my surprise i found the staff (apart from nurses) very untrusting, always frustrated, inpatient with any questions i had to ask about my new condition, was not aware of any previous tests i did, rude and arrogant. in fact one of the opticans was having a full on converstation on his mobile whilst i had my head on a machine waiting for his instructions for at least 15 mins. as for the receptionists it should be common practice to ues phrases such as "good morning/afternoon", "thank you" and "please"
"Being a long term patient of hammersmith ..."
