What I liked
Hit and Miss. I attended Whitworth twice, once for an injury and the next day for an X ray.
On the second day I was seen immediately.
On the second day the standard of treatment and discussions with me were excellent.
What could be improved
On the first day I waited 3 hours for treatment.
I was told a referral would be made to Physiotherapy. It wasn't and I had to make two phone calls to have this made after waiting for just over a month.
On the first day the nurse seemed more concerned with telling me how busy it was than treating my injury.
