"This must be the best hospital for patient care..."

I was referred to the Lhch for a minimally invasive Mitral valve repair. From the day of initial consultation through surgery and after care I find it difficult to find words that describe the excellent care that I have received here. I have never experienced such a clean efficient and professionally run Hospital with staff who must be the most caring and expertised anywhere. Everything went smoothly through surgery, POCCU and on the ward afterwards too. Not just for me but for all the other patients I have met during my stay too. The Relatives facilities at Sir Robert owen House are exceptional too. I never imagined I would ever experience a hospital like this and have been asked many times if this is a private hospital because it is so exceptional.
