I was a patient on day surgery for a cystoscopy. All staff on the unit were very friendly and extremely professional. They explained everything that was happening and made me feel at ease as I was quite anxious. The staff were very professional during the procedure and made me feel comfortable ensuring my privacy and dignity were maintained at all times.
